For all of us who are hunkering down; remember that retail is open; discretionary retail may slow down but our nation expects retailers especially the grocery industry to become heroes now.

Those working counters, stocking shelves, moving inventory at supermarkets and pharmacies and in their distribution centers. Their work, at some risk to their own health, is as vital to the health and safety of our country as our healthcare workers.‬

So the next time you panic and walk into a store and get frustrated; thank the cashiers and workers; don’t yell at them for something that’s not in stock that you wouldn’t even think of buying in such quantities before…..
